Who is this for?

People living with ongoing stress or anxiety, poor sleep, low energy, or pain and stiffness that hasn’t settled. Also suited to recovery after illness or surgery, alongside your doctor’s care. Beginners are welcome; the plan starts from where you are.

What problem does it address?

When the body stays on alert for months, it shows up as tension, broken sleep, a restless mind, digestive upset and tiredness that rest doesn’t fix. This programme works on that alert state directly.
