Breathe inBreathe outWHO WE HELP
Most people come to Tattva with something specific they are living with. Start there. Tattva is for people whose bodies and minds have been under pressure for too long.
Feeling switched on all the time.
A restless mind and a tight chest.
Tired, yet unable to rest.
Tiredness that rest doesn't fix.
Back, neck, joints that won't settle.
A stomach that reacts to stress.
Too much to hold, all at once.
Not knowing how to switch off.
Leading, caring, carrying a lot.

THE TATTVA APPROACH
Physiology + psychology + yogic wisdom.
When pressure goes on for months, the body forgets how to switch off. You may feel wired at night, tired in the morning, tight in the shoulders or unsettled in the stomach.
Regulation is the practice of teaching the body, gently and repeatedly, that it is safe to slow down. Tattva combines an understanding of how the body holds strain, how the mind feeds it, and the time-tested tools of yoga.
HOW WE WORK
No two programmes look the same. These are the tools Vidya draws on.
Postures and sequences chosen for your condition and capacity, not a fixed class routine.
Pranayama and paced breathing to calm the stress response and steady the mind.
Slow, aware movement to release tension the body has been holding. [Vidya to confirm]
Guided practice for a quieter, clearer mind and better focus.
Singing bowls and other instruments for deep, effortless rest.
Simple routines, yogic nutrition and guidance to keep the practice going at home. [Vidya to confirm]

WHY TRUST VIDYA
Vidya came to yoga through her own recovery. Body pain, IBS, lower back pain and joint pain had followed her for years. As a counsellor, she saw that therapy could reach the mind while the body kept holding the pain. Yoga became the tool that worked on both, and it is what she now teaches.

CLIENT STORIES
Real experiences, in clients’ own words.
Most Indians know that Yoga helps humans to keep connected with their origin. As our scriptures say that human body is controlled by soul and soul is directly controlled by the almighty with eternal quality. That’s where our origin lies and all living beings are manifested from there in one or other forms. Vidya helps in the journey of humans to get connected to their origin, first step being how to keep the manifested body fit where the soul resides. Various asanas and pranayam techniques really helped in making my body fit. One feels more energetic whole day when yoga is done regularly every morning. Simple techniques by Vidya could result in achieving some of the asanas which looked impossible to do. She also understands the body of each participants well and designs the training suitably so that one doesn’t feel stressed out and at the same time is able to elevate the strength level.
Balancing a demanding schedule, I recently joined a Tattva yoga class, and the impact has been truly transformative; I’ve experienced significant improvements in my health. At 53, I have chosen not to take B12 or vitamin D supplements, as I’ve seen noticeable changes in my blood values for these vitamins after starting yoga practice with Tattva. Due to my thyroid issues, I used to take medication, but after practicing specific asanas suggested by Vidya Madam, I have been able to reduce my thyroid medication with the guidance of my physician. The benefits of yoga have greatly enhanced my stamina at work, allowing me to perform better in my role. I frequently seek guidance from Vidya Madam, whose support has been invaluable to me, and I am truly appreciative of her assistance.
Dear Tattva Yoga Family, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your incredible support during my recovery journey after my heart operation. The gentle, mindful practice of yoga at Tattva has been truly healing—both physically and mentally—and I’m so thankful for the care, patience, and positive energy you’ve all shared with me. The individual classes, especially the breathing techniques and mindful movements, have not only helped me regain my strength but also provided much-needed calm and clarity during this challenging time. Each session has been a step toward recovery, and I feel blessed to be part of such a wonderful community. Thank you for creating a space where healing and growth are always possible. I am deeply appreciative of the guidance and warmth I've received. space where healing and growth are always possible. I am deeply appreciative of the guidance and warmth I've received

QUESTIONS
Straight answers about yoga therapy, sound healing and working with Vidya.
Yoga therapy at Tattva is a structured programme of yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound, chosen for the person rather than taught as a fixed class. Its aim is nervous-system regulation: helping a body that has been under strain for a long time learn to settle.
Vidya Kale is the founder of Tattva and a nervous system-focused yoga therapist. She is a YCB Level 3 Yoga Teacher and Evaluator certified by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, and holds a Master's in Social Work and a Diploma in Counselling.
Tattva's programmes are designed for people living with ongoing stress, anxiety, poor sleep, low energy, body pain and digestive discomfort. Experiences vary from person to person, and Tattva works alongside medical care rather than replacing it.
One-to-one Yoga Therapy and the Group Programs run live online, five days a week, so you can join from anywhere. Sound healing sessions take place in person at the studio in Pune.
A sound bath is a 45-minute session in which you lie down and rest while singing bowls, tingsha bells, tuning forks and gongs are played around you. It suits people who find it hard to switch off. Tattva also offers chakra healing, vibrational massage and aura cleansing sessions.
The investment for each programme is shared after a first conversation with Vidya, because every plan is matched to the person's needs and schedule.
